This mochilas have been made with all love, with various generations of experience by the Wayuu Women. Obviously, we want you to feel the best product, the best experience, to support their causes, share their lifestyle and your experiences with them. Furthermore, we want you happy with our products!

They are produced one by one, which they correct any kind of flaws during its process avoiding future problems with customers. Also, before its shipment for you, every single bag passes through a verification process.

If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email to and our team will assist you right away.


Our policy lasts 30 days, from the day that has reached your address. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Defective Items / Damaged Items

If the product is defective, please kindly let us know. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future. No worries, return shipping costing is on us!

Important note: To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, altered or washed. Also, do not forget about the original sales receipt or proof of purchase and the return authorization number.

Authorization number: Please email us to specifying the problem, if it is damaged, please attach pictures that show the problem in question.


If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund. You will get a full refund if the product is either defective or damage. This refund will granted as soon as it meets all the conditions and it will be processed right after it (instantly).


Not happy with your purchase? Every single piece may take around 20 days to be produced, they are truly unique. However, we all know that sometimes we might be confused between two different colors or patterns. Las Wayuu offers you an exchange opportunity in case you don’t meet your expectations with it, and how?

Please note: Return shipping it will be on your responsibility (we advise with a tracking number). But first, send us an email ( with the exchange intention and we will help you out in all this process.


To return your product, you should first mail us, you will get authorization code and then you can ship it to Beco dos Reis, no. 3, 2480-355 Juncal, Portugal (Europe Warehouse) or to Riohacha ( South America Warehouse).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
